About the role:

Full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role in Mumbai, managing day-to-day HR operations and the employee lifecycle in a quick-paced creative environment.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage onboarding, induction, documentation and background verification; maintain employee records in HRIS and physical files.
- Coordinate offboarding, exit interviews, asset recovery and full-and-final settlement handoffs.
- Prepare offer, appointment, confirmation and experience letters.
- Resolve employee queries on policies, attendance and benefits; address workplace concerns constructively.
- Organize engagement initiatives, team celebrations, town halls and cultural events.
- Support HR policy implementation and statutory labour compliance.
- Track attendance, leave and shift logs for monthly payroll inputs.
- Report headcount, attrition, hiring status and key HR metrics.
- Coordinate performance appraisals, feedback sessions, training programs and skill workshops.





Requirements:

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in core HR operations, employee relations and HR administration.
- Experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, media organisation or fast-scaling startup is strongly preferred.
- Practical familiarity with modern HRMS software, Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel for reporting.
- Clear, empathetic verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to confidentiality, compliance and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate across creative and account teams on-site.
