Balaji Plastics is a manufacturing business engaged in the production of recycled PP (Polypropylene) granules. We operate in the plastic recycling and manufacturing industry and are looking to expand our workforce with skilled and suitable employees.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Freelance HR Recruiter who can help us identify, source, and recruit suitable candidates for various positions within our manufacturing unit.

The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial and manufacturing-sector recruitment, along with the ability to identify reliable and skilled manpower for factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify suitable candidates for different job roles.
- Recruit employees for industrial and manufacturing-related positions.
- Find candidates for factory operations, machine operators, helpers, technicians, supervisors, and other relevant positions.
- Screen candidates based on their skills, experience, and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
- Ensure successful hiring and joining of suitable employees.

Payment & Working Structure




- This is a freelance recruitment opportunity.
- Payment will be made on a successful hiring basis.
- Earn ₹3,000–₹5,000 per successful joining, depending on the position and candidate requirements.
- No fixed monthly salary; earnings will be based on successful placements.

Requirements
- Previous experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good experience in industrial and manufacturing-sector hiring is highly preferred.
- Ability to source candidates through job portals, references, recruitment networks, and other channels.
- Good communication and candidate-screening skills.
- Ability to understand industrial job requirements and identify suitable manpower.
- A result-oriented approach towards recruitment.

Preferred Candidate We would prefer someone who has previously worked with manufacturing companies, factories, industrial units, or manpower recruitment agencies and has a strong network of industrial workers and professionals.
