We are looking for an HR Compliance Specialist to manage attendance operations for the entire group and handle compliance activities, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and TDS.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the attendance cycle for the entire group.
- Handle statutory compliances related to PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, and TDS.
- Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory payments.
- Maintain attendance, payroll, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll and compliance-related activities.
