Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented HR Consultant – International Recruitment & Client Success Manager to manage UK-focused recruitment research, handle international clients, provide career consultations, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and client management skills, a good understanding of the UK job market, and the ability to convert client enquiries into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- UK Recruitment Support: Research UK job opportunities, identify suitable vacancies, analyse job requirements, and assist clients with relevant job applications.
- International Client Consultation: Understand clients’ qualifications, professional experience, career goals, and requirements to recommend suitable services.
- UK Job Market Research: Research UK employers, industries, job trends, recruitment practices, and relevant visa sponsorship opportunities.
- CV & LinkedIn Support: Guide clients on UK-standard CVs, cover letters, LinkedIn profile optimisation, and effective job application strategies.




- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, provide regular updates, address queries, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Business Development & Sales: Handle incoming enquiries, conduct consultation calls, explain company services, follow up with prospective clients, and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Lead Management: Maintain accurate client records, manage follow-up schedules, track enquiries, and monitor the client journey from initial consultation to service delivery.
- Client Success: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term engagement.
- Performance Reporting: Maintain recruitment and sales reports, track targets, and share regular updates with management.
- Market Awareness & Compliance: Stay updated on UK recruitment trends and relevant employment and visa sponsorship requirements. Ensure client guidance is accurate and within the scope of the company’s services.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR consulting, recruitment,



international client handling, career counselling, client success, or business development.
- Good understanding of the UK job market, recruitment practices, job portals, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and qualified email-writing skills.
- Strong client handling, negotiation, lead conversion, and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, meet business targets, and work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- A proactive, organised, and result-oriented approach to work.

Preferred: Candidates with experience handling UK or international clients, recruitment consulting, career guidance, or UK job search and sponsorship-related services will be preferred.
