HR operation
HR Talent Aquisition
- End-to-End Recruitment: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review rsums, conduct initial phone/video screenings, coordinate interview panels, and manage candidate feedback loops via the Applicant Tracking System
- Offer Management: Extend job offers, handle basic compensation/advantages discussions, and oversee pre-employment background and reference checks.
