Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated, detail-oriented and experienced hospitality professionals to join our Housekeeping Department in Hyderabad.

The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, room readiness and guest satisfaction while ensuring smooth departmental operations. Opportunities are available across managerial, supervisory and operational levels.

Available Positions & Experience:

· Executive Housekeeper: 10–15 Years

· Assistant Housekeeper: 5–8 Years

· HK Service Leader: 3–5 Years

· HK Service Associate: 0–2 Years

· Pool Service Associate: 0–2 Years

· Lifeguard: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain cleanliness standards across guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas.

· Supervise daily housekeeping activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

· Conduct room inspections and ensure rooms meet established hotel standards.

· Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status and guest requirements.

· Monitor linen, amenities, cleaning supplies and departmental inventory.

· Ensure proper handling and maintenance of housekeeping equipment.

· Address housekeeping-related guest requests and complaints.

· Maintain hygiene, safety and operational standards.

· Train, guide and supervise team members according to the assigned position.

· Ensure poolside cleanliness,



safety and guest assistance for relevant positions.

Eligibility & Experience:

· Executive Housekeeper: 10–15 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years as Executive Housekeeper / Deputy Executive Housekeeper. Pre-opening experience preferred.

· Assistant Housekeeper: 5–8 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years as Assistant Housekeeper / Floor Supervisor.

· HK Service Leader: 3–5 years of experience, including at least 1 year as Supervisor / Senior Room Attendant.

· HK Service Associate: 0–2 years of experience. Freshers are welcome.

· Pool Service Associate: 0–2 years of experience. Experience in pool, club or resort operations.

· Lifeguard: 1–3 years of experience. Valid Lifeguard and CPR / First Aid certifications are mandatory.

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleanliness standards.

· Attention to detail and hygiene practices.

· Team management and coordination abilities.

· Guest-service orientation and professional conduct.

· Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment handling.

· Awareness of workplace safety and hygiene requirements.

Education:

Hospitality / Hotel Management qualification preferred for relevant positions. Practical experience and relevant certifications will be considered according to the role.
