Role Description The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the hotel’s cleanliness and quality standards. This full time, on-site role is based at The Oberoi, Bengaluru and involves assigning tasks to housekeeping team members, monitoring completion, and conducting regular inspections.

The Housekeeping

Supervisor will coordinate with laundry services, manage inventory of linen and cleaning supplies, and support timely room turnarounds. The role includes training and coaching team members, handling guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping, and collaborating with other departments to maintain smooth operations. Maintaining safety, hygiene, and company policies, while upholding service standards, is central to this position.

Qualifications

- Hotel Management graduate
- At least 6 months experience as a supervisor in a 5 star hotel
