Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision. Hospital experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily housekeeping activities and ensure cleanliness across all hospital areas.
- Manage housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties.
- Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
- Address housekeeping complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and staff discipline.
