Job Title: Housekeeping Field Officer Company: SRJ Groups Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh : SRJ Groups is looking for a responsible and active Housekeeping Field Officer to manage housekeeping staff, monitor site operations and ensure quality service at client locations.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise housekeeping staff and daily site operations. Manage staff attendance, grooming, uniforms and discipline. Arrange manpower deployment and relievers for absentee staff. Conduct regular site visits and inspections. Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution. Coordinate with clients and the operations team. Submit daily reports and maintain attendance records.

Requirements: Experience in housekeeping or facility management preferred. Valuable communication and team management skills. Ability to travel to client sites. Responsible, punctual and problem-solving attitude.
