- Role Overview: Supports the housekeeping team in maintaining immaculate cleanliness and organizing daily room and facility upkeep.
- Clean, sanitize, and stock guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the housekeeping executive immediately.
- Manage linen sorting, laundry distribution, and inventory replenishment.
- Assist with deep cleaning schedules and special event setups.
- Key Requirements: Reliable, detail-oriented, with a proactive attitude and basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
