We are looking for an experienced Hotel Operating Partner / Hospitality Operations Head to take complete responsibility for establishing, managing and growing the business under a mutually agreed revenue-sharing arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete day-to-day hotel and resort operations.
- Develop and manage the hotel team, including front desk, housekeeping, kitchen and service staff.
- Manage banquet and lawn bookings, weddings, parties and corporate events.
- Drive room occupancy through MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com and other OTA platforms.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to generate business.
- Establish operational systems, guest service standards and pricing strategies.
- Manage customer relationships, vendor coordination and overall guest experience.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability and operational performance.




- Build Rajgharana Imperial into a recognised hospitality destination in Lucknow.

Partnership Chance This is not a conventional salaried job.

We are specifically looking for a capable operating partner who is interested in working on a Revenue Sharing Model.
