About the Engagement
We are seeking distinguished Subject Matter Experts in hospitality to join us on a freelance, consultant basis for project-based engagements in brand standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This is not a full-time position. Consultants will be engaged on a project-by-project basis, working remotely with our team and our hotel clients.
Scope of Work
- Develop and create brand standards and SOPs for hotel clients
- Review, update and enhance existing brand standards and SOPs
- Ensure the documentation is transparent, practical, consistent and aligned with the expectations of the hotel and its brand
- Collaborate with the GDI team to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the hospitality sector
- Demonstrable experience in designing, creating and updating brand standards and SOPs
- Excellent written English and a meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage timelines and deliver project-based assignments remotely
- Must be based in India
Engagement Terms
- Freelance / contract consultant basis, project-based
