Job Summary

Parackattu Hospital is looking for responsible, alert, and disciplined Security Staff to ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, employees, and hospital premises. The candidate should be capable of maintaining a safe and secure hospital environment while providing courteous assistance to patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control entry and exit of patients, visitors, staff, and vehicles.
- Maintain security at hospital entrances and other designated areas.
- Assist in helping wheelchair riden patients.
- Conduct regular security rounds within the hospital premises.
- Assist patients and visitors with directions and necessary guidance.
- Manage vehicle parking and ensure smooth traffic movement.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with hospital staff.
- Maintain security registers, visitor logs, and incident reports.
- Ensure discipline and follow hospital security policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements




- Minimum SSLC qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in security services will be an advantage.
- Hospital security experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit, alert, and capable of handling emergency situations.
- Must be disciplined, punctual, responsible, and courteous.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of security and safety procedures.
- Ability to handle patients and visitors politely.
- Good observation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
