We are seeking a skilled and responsible OT Technician to support operation theatre activities at our Tiruppur centre. The candidate should have prior hospital experience and knowledge of OT procedures, equipment handling, sterilization, and patient preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare the operation theatre before scheduled procedures.
- Ensure the availability and proper arrangement of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Assist doctors and nursing staff during surgical and clinical procedures as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the operation theatre.
- Handle sterilization and disinfection of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Follow infection control guidelines and hospital safety protocols.
- Check and maintain OT equipment before and after procedures.
- Ensure necessary surgical materials and supplies are available.
- Assist in patient preparation and shifting under the guidance of clinical staff.
- Maintain OT registers, equipment records,



and procedure-related documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for smooth OT operations.

Eligibility Requirements
- Previous experience working in a hospital operation theatre is required.
- Relevant OT Technician qualification or certification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of surgical instruments and OT equipment.
- Understanding of sterilization and infection control procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with doctors and nursing staff.
- Responsible, attentive, and comfortable working in a clinical environment.
- Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
