About the Company

HS Best Masale is a growing FMCG spice brand offering a wide range of quality spice powders and blended masalas. We are expanding our HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant & Catering) business and looking for an energetic, result-oriented sales qualified to develop the institutional sales market in Asansol and nearby areas.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new HoReCa customers, including hotels, restaurants, dhabas, caterers, cloud kitchens and food service businesses.
- Conduct regular market visits and generate business opportunities.
- Promote and sell HS Best Masale products to chefs, restaurant owners, purchase managers and food business operators.
- Generate regular orders and develop long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Arrange product sampling, demonstrations and customer trials.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing and customer requirements.
- Follow up on payments and coordinate with the distribution and supply team.
- Maintain daily visit reports, customer databases and sales pipeline.




- Identify bulk consumption customers and develop long-term institutional accounts.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in HoReCa, FMCG, food products or institutional sales.
- Existing contacts with hotels, restaurants, caterers and food businesses will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation and order-closing skills.
- Strong local market knowledge of Asansol and nearby areas.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates currently working with spice brands, food ingredient companies, FMCG companies or HoReCa distributors will be given preference.
