- Prepare and present loan proposals, providing explicit explanations regarding terms, rates, and conditions.
- Process loan applications accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all documentation meets compliance requirements.
- Follow up with clients throughout the loan approval process, addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the customer journey.




- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product enhancement and competitive positioning.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in accordance with organizational practices.

Candidate

Requirements - Proven experience in home loans sales or related financial services is advantageous.

- Strong knowledge of home loan products, real estate market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks governing mortgage lending.
