Responsible for managing the complete travel process, from customer enquiry and sales conversion to itinerary planning, booking, ticketing, and end-to-end trip coordination.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Sales & Customer Handling – Handle enquiries, understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, follow up, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Itinerary Planning – Design customized domestic and international travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budgets.
- New Product Development – Research recent destinations, develop travel packages, group departures, and attractive holiday products.
- Booking & Reservations – Manage hotel, transport, sightseeing, activity, and other travel bookings.
- Flight Ticketing – Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, PNRs,



cancellations, and amendments.
- Trip Coordination – Coordinate all travel arrangements from booking confirmation until trip completion.
- Customer Support – Provide pre-trip, during-trip, and post-trip assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Overall Responsibility: Manage the complete travel cycle, achieve sales targets, develop new products, ensure smooth operations, and deliver excellent customer experiences. Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
