Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall functioning of the Management Department.

- Plan and monitor academic activities, teaching schedules, and syllabus completion.

- Supervise faculty performance, workload allocation, and development.

- Monitor student attendance, academic results, mentoring, and discipline.

- Coordinate internships, placements, industrial visits, and corporate interactions.

- Promote research, publications, seminars, workshops, and faculty development.

- Ensure NAAC, NBA, UGC, AICTE, and university compliance, wherever applicable.

- Maintain departmental records, reports, and documentation.

- Develop industry and academic collaborations.

- Contribute to admissions, student enrolment, and departmental growth.

Qualification

- MBA / Master's degree in Management.

- Ph.D. preferred, subject to applicable regulatory norms.

Experience

- 8–10 years of relevant academic/industry experience preferred.

- Prior experience in academic administration or leadership preferred.
