Role Description This is a full-time, in office SAP FICO Consultant role based in the Pune Division. The consultant will participate in at least two end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.

Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, mapping finance requirements to SAP FICO functionalities, and ensuring accurate integration with CO-PA and other controlling modules. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, resolving issues, preparing documentation, and providing user training and ongoing system support.



The consultant will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system optimizations aligned with organizational finance and controlling objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in SAP FICO and CO-PA, with experience in at least two end-to-end implementation projects.
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, with the ability to translate business process requirements into SAP solutions.
- Demonstrated analytical skills for troubleshooting, data validation, and performance optimization.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in on-site consulting environments, preferably within large or global organizations.
- Strong documentation, testing, and user training skills, with a focus on process consistency and system reliability.

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules, implementation, configuration, and business process integration. The ideal candidate should have successfully completed at least two SAP FICO implementations.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP FICO Implementation & Configuration

- Lead and support SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and customization.
- Configure FI and CO modules based on business requirements.

1. Business Process Mapping

- Understand finance business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)

1. Cross-Module Integration

- Integrate SAP FICO with SAP SD, MM, and PP modules.
- Ensure smooth financial and operational data flow.

1. Project & Support Activities

- Participate in Brownfield migrations.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide user support.
- Handle financial period-end and closing activities.
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS).

Required Skills
- 4+ years of SAP FICO experience.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP FICO implementations.
- Strong FI and CO configuration knowledge.
