- Own mix designs and trial mixes for all grades, including special concretes
- Test and approve incoming raw materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures, fly ash/GGBS)
- Oversee cube casting, testing and records as per IS codes
- Handle customer quality complaints and site investigations
- Run plant calibration, quality audits and NABL/QCI compliance
- Lead and train the QC lab team
