Hiring for Senior Recruiter/ Senior Recruitment Manager for Casagrand

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition skilled to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for Casagrand. The candidate should have strong experience in bulk hiring,leadership hiring, lateral recruitment, stakeholder management, and talent sourcing, preferably from the real estate, construction, or infrastructure industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various business functions.
- Handle bulk hiring, leadership hiring and lateral recruitment for Engineering, Projects, Finance, and construction roles.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads for timely closures.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical positions.
- Monitor recruitment TAT, offer acceptance ratio, and joining ratio.
- Prepare recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
- Drive recruitment targets and ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience in real estate, engineering & construction, infrastructure, or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong experience in bulk hiring, leadership hiring and lateral recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and recruitment targets simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and team management skills.
