Role & responsibilities
Candidates should have solid experience in Prime LAP sales, an established DSA network, and a proven track record of consistently delivering in monthly business through the DSA channel.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in LAP sales
- Source Prime LAP business exclusively through DSAs.
- Build and manage relationships with existing and new DSA partners.
- Achieve monthly disbursement targets.
- Maintain portfolio quality and ensure adherence to credit and internal policies.
- Drive business at the expected ROI of 9.5%11%.
- Ok to hire somebody who is doing HL and LAP both but not only Home Loan
