Role & responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Interact with international customers via live chat to resolve product queries, technical issues, and billing questions.

- Consultative Upselling: Understand customer business goals and proactively recommend relevant products, upgrades, and add-ons (domains, hosting, security, etc.).

- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed daily/monthly service level agreements (SLAs), customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores, and sales targets.

- Problem Solving: Multi-task efficiently between multiple chat windows while diagnosing and troubleshooting issues accurately.
