- Role: Commercial Collections Manager

Role Purpose

- The Commercial Collections Manager is responsible for driving cash flow performance, reducing aged and overdue receivables, managing strategic customer relationships, and partnering with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Business Units to resolve disputes and improve collection effectiveness. The role requires a strong balance of commercial acumen, customer relationship management, and financial discipline.

A successful candidate should be able to:

- Drive cash collection performance and working capital improvement

- Influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority

- Lead resolution of complex customer disputes and deductions

- Partner effectively with Commercial, Finance,



and Operations teams

- Protect company financial interests while maintaining strong customer relationships

- Deliver sustainable process improvements across the Order-to-Cash cycle

Preferred Experience

- Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) environment

- Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial, FMCG, or other B2B industries

- Experience with dispute management platforms such as Serrala, High Radius, BlackLine, or equivalent tools

- Exposure to AI-enabled collections, analytics, and process automation solutions

- Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit, and Working Capital management
