Chargeback Analyst JD:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle credit card fraud, disputes, and chargeback cases.
- Investigate transactions and process recoveries.
- Manage chargeback lifecycle and merchant disputes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- 2.5+ years of experience in financial services or chargeback operations.
- French B2 proficiency (Read, Write & Speak).
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of credit card operations preferred.
