Role: Senior Process Analyst / Service Support Lead

Domain: US Banking/ Insurance

Salary: Up to 10 LPA

Work Mode: Hybrid

Working: 5 Days a Week | 2 Days Off

Shift: US/Onshore Support

What You’ll Do

- Manage and support US Insurance operations
- Act as a key point of contact for US onshore/branch teams
- Handle client queries, escalations & service-related issues
- Manage end-to-end policy lifecycle & renewal activities
- Ensure compliance with US Insurance regulatory standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of renewals
- Identify risks/issues and drive them through to resolution
- Support and guide Client Managers and operations teams

• Maintain strong client/stakeholder relationships and service quality





What We’re Looking For Graduate with 4+ years of experience in Banking/ Insurance

Strong knowledge of US Insurance processes

Excellent verbal & written communication

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

Valuable analytical, logical & decision-making abilities

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook

Strong ownership, accountability and organizational skills

Insurance certification / transition or onboarding experience is an advantage For Scheduling Interview contact
