Role Description The Hiring Centre Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Kurla, responsible for overseeing day-to-day hiring operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the recruitment centre. This role involves managing end-to-end hiring processes for corporate and fresher roles, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensuring service quality standards are consistently met.

Manager will plan and execute recruitment drives, supervise recruiting teams, and monitor performance metrics to achieve hiring targets.



The role also includes organizing and supporting training and onboarding activities, maintaining clear communication with candidates and partners, and continuously improving centre processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles and bulk or targeted hiring.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for coordinating with clients, candidates, and internal teams, and for reporting centre performance.
- Candidates should possess Service Quality and process management skills to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery and adherence to organizational standards.
- Candidates should possess Training and coaching skills to guide recruitment staff, support induction programs, and enhance team capabilities.
- Experience in talent acquisition, staffing, or HR operations, preferably in corporate or training-focused environments.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in using recruitment tools, CRM or ATS systems, and basic office software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting and make data-informed decisions to optimize hiring outcomes.
- Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in HR or management are an advantage.
