Hindi Co-ordinator

Location: Padivattom, Edappally

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi and English

Requirements:

- A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking, BPO, or Customer Support is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills in Hindi and English are also welcome to apply.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Ability to manage customer queries professionally and patiently.

Responsibilities :

- Handle customer interactions through incoming and outgoing calls.
- Manage customer requests, service enquiries, and complaints efficiently.




- Communicate professionally with customers in both Hindi and English.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues within the expected timeframe.
- Ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
