We are Seeking an experienced Helpdesk Manager to Lead our technical support Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

*Manage daily helpdesk operations and team performance.

*Ensure timely resolution of enterprise technical issues.

*Monitor Network performance and maintain high C-SAT

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:-

*Robust knowledge of BGP, OSPE VPLS, Routing Switching.

*Experience with MikroTik,Cisco

*CCNA mandatory

*BE/BETECH
