Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Health Insurance Specialist role based in Lucknow.

The Health Insurance

Specialist will guide residents through health insurance options, explain policy coverage and benefits, and assist with enrollment, renewals, and claims-related queries. Day-to-day tasks include verifying insurance information, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with insurance companies, and resolving issues related to eligibility or billing. The role involves responding to inquiries in person and via phone, providing explicit and empathetic customer service,



and supporting residents in understanding and using their health insurance effectively.

The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams, contribute to outreach or awareness initiatives, and adhere to regulatory and organizational policies.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and interact with diverse individuals.
- Knowledge of Health Insurance and related Insurance products, including coverage, claims, and policy structures.
- Customer Service experience, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and maintaining resident satisfaction.
- Sales skills to effectively present suitable insurance options and support informed decision-making.
- Basic proficiency with office software and data entry, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in insurance, healthcare administration, or a similar field is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, finance, healthcare, or a related discipline is an advantage.
