Role Description The Health and Wellness Consultant Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their health and wellness needs, especially in the area of sexual health, and providing guidance on suitable ayurvedic products and lifestyle habits. The consultant will conduct wellness assessments, explain product benefits and usage, and maintain accurate client records while respecting confidentiality.

Daily responsibilities include educating clients on holistic wellness practices, coordinating follow-up consultations, supporting in-store promotions, and collaborating with the team to ensure a professional,



welcoming environment. The role also includes ongoing learning about ayurvedic products and wellness trends to provide informed, reliable advice.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Health & Wellness and Wellness principles, with the ability to apply them in client consultations.
- Experience in Training and Wellness Coaching to guide clients through behavior changes and wellness routines.
- Knowledge of Nutrition and its role in holistic health, particularly in conjunction with ayurvedic practices.
- Ability to communicate complex health information clearly, empathetically, and in a gender-neutral, non-judgmental manner.
- Prior experience in health, wellness, herbal, or ayurvedic settings is highly beneficial.
- Comfort discussing sexual health topics with professionalism and discretion, maintaining strict client confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills, client service orientation, and the ability to work in office in Noida in a full-time capacity.
- Relevant certification or formal education in wellness, nutrition, ayurveda, or related fields is an advantage.
