Head Supply Chain

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Head to manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, product costing, warehousing and logistics. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring material availability, optimising inventory, controlling operational costs and improving overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, procurement and production planning.
- Handle product costing, cost analysis and budget optimisation.
- Oversee vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiation and supplier relationship management.
- Manage SKU planning, tracking, forecasting and inventory optimisation.
- Monitor lead times and ensure timely procurement and material availability.
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, stock movement and storage management.
- Manage logistics, transportation, dispatch and order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, production teams, warehouse teams and internal departments.




- Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Ensure efficient material flow, production schedules and timely order fulfilment.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in supply chain and operations management, preferably in a manufacturing workplace.
- Strong expertise in vendor sourcing, procurement and supplier management.
- Good understanding of SKU management, inventory planning and forecasting.
- Hands-on experience in production planning and lead time management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management, logistics and dispatch operations.
- Experience in product costing, cost analysis and budget optimisation.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory or ERP management systems.
