5. Establish corporate tie-ups with leading companies, industrial groups, educational institutions, residential communities and business organisations in Raipur.

6. Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate decision-makers, business owners, senior executives and high-net-worth individuals.

7. Develop and execute marketing strategies to establish Ileseum as a premium sports, fitness, wellness and lifestyle destination in Raipur.

8. Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media activities, performance marketing, local promotions, outdoor advertising and brand activations.

9. Drive lead generation through digital platforms, referrals, networking, events, partnerships and direct sales initiatives.

10. Develop membership packages, pricing strategies, promotional offers and corporate membership programmes in coordination with management.

11. Monitor the complete sales funnel, including lead generation, follow-ups, customer visits, conversions and membership closures.

12. Drive membership renewals, referrals, upgrades and customer retention through effective engagement strategies.

13. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand customer preferences, market positioning, pricing and business opportunities.

train and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and overall business targets.

15. Establish sales processes, CRM systems, reporting mechanisms and performance management standards.

16. Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets while ensuring effective utilisation of resources and marketing ROI.

17. Monitor key business metrics, including membership revenue, conversion ratios, customer acquisition costs, renewals and team productivity.

19. Coordinate with club operations and other departments to ensure alignment between sales commitments, club facilities and the overall member experience.

20. Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports, revenue forecasts and strategic business updates for senior management.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration preferred.

- 10-15 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership position.

- Experience in premium hospitality, luxury clubs, sports clubs, fitness, wellness, lifestyle, real estate or membership-based businesses.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong exposure to corporate sales, B2B partnerships, membership sales and business development.

- Experience in digital marketing, brand management, lead generation and promotional campaigns.

- Proven ability to lead, develop and manage high-performing sales teams.

- Strong local networking and business development capabilities.
