Role & responsibilities

- Lead APQP and ensure on-time NPD execution meeting QCD targets.

- Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams for NPI activities.

- Conduct manufacturing feasibility, risk analysis and mitigation planning.

- Review product and process designs, FMEAs, control plans and BOMs.

- Monitor project timelines, budgets and resource allocation.

- Manage engineering changes and ensure proper documentation.

- Oversee FAI/PPAP approvals, pilot production and product handover.

- Drive continuous improvement, value engineering and cost optimization.

Preferred candidate profile

- BE in Electronics & Communication (E&C;) / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).

- 1015 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD)



/ New Product Introduction (NPI) in the electronics manufacturing industry.

- Solid knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FAI, FMEA, Control Plans and BOM management.

- Experience in manufacturing feasibility studies, risk assessment and engineering change management.

- Proven ability to manage NPD projects, cross-functional teams, timelines and QCD targets.

- Knowledge of pilot production, product validation, process optimization and product handover.

- Strong leadership, customer coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.
