Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop procurement strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring cost savings through effective sourcing and supply chain management.

- Plan annual purchases of raw materials, wiring harness components, connectors, terminals, wires, PVC tapes, corrugated tubes, etc. to meet production requirements.

- Source suppliers for high-quality products at competitive prices while maintaining relationships with existing vendors.

- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

- Manage inventory levels by forecasting demand and optimizing stockholding.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 16-26 years of experience in procurement & supply chain management in electronics manufacturing industry.

- Bachelor's degree (B.Com) or equivalent qualification; MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.

- Solid understanding of strategic sourcing principles and practices; knowledge of procurement software an added advantage.
