Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement product development strategies to drive business growth in the automotive industry.

- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and launch new products from concept to production.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. PPAP) and quality standards (e.g. ISO).

Job Requirements :

- 15-20 years of experience in head product development roles within the automotive industry.

- Solid understanding of APQP process control methodologies for new product introduction (NPI).

- Proficiency in Catia software for CAD modeling and GDB database management.

- Experience with DFMEA/PFMEA techniques for failure mode effects analysis.
