- Continued reliable integration with plant, engineering, data, analytics, banking, tax and surrounding enterprise systems.
- Lead the in-house SAP team to ensure service quality, delivery discipline,
cost effectiveness, knowledge continuity and business outcomes across support, enhancements and projects.
- Own SAP risk, ITGC, segregation of duties, audit readiness, release governance and operational resilience.
- Ensure continued development of module leads, team members and create succession depth.
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong SAP FICO expertise grounded in substantial hands-on experience, with demonstrated progression into enterprise process, cross-functional SAP and senior leadership responsibilities.
- Proven leadership of enterprise-wide business processes and a multi-module SAP estate in complex manufacturing organisations, with the ability to assess how process decisions translate into system capabilities.
- Strong command of end-to-end enterprise process design, SAP architecture, Basis, security, integrations and support models, with the ability to identify cross-module and downstream impacts. Technical specialisation in every SAP module is not required, but broad functional understanding and sound solution judgement are essential.
- Experience leading large SAP transformation, upgrade, optimisation or migration programmes in mature SAP environments, preferably including S/4HANA and exposure to SAP RISE evaluation or migration planning.
- Ability to balance strategic roadmap ownership with operational accountability and issue resolution.
- Strong commercial, vendor, programme, change and senior stakeholder management capability.

- Measurable improvements in process cycle time, control effectiveness, service reliability, cost, working capital or productivity.
- S/4HANA modernisation outcomes, including roadmap ownership, standardisation, custom-code rationalisation and any assessment or planning related to SAP RISE.
- Proven expertise in SAP FI & CO, while having experience in cross functional management.
