We Are Hiring | Head of Performance Marketing

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and strategic PPC / Performance Marketing Leader to take complete ownership of its Performance Marketing vertical across Metaweb, MetaClicks and MetaOne.

This is a senior leadership position for a professional who can go beyond campaign execution and drive business growth through strategic planning, team leadership, client management and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall PPC and Performance Marketing vertical.
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Build, mentor and lead a high-performing team of PPC professionals.
- Take ownership of campaign performance, budgets, revenue growth and profitability.
- Manage international client relationships and lead strategic performance discussions.
- Monitor key metrics including ROAS, ROI, CPA, CAC and conversion rates.
- Establish processes, performance standards and quality control mechanisms.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion,



automation and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

- 5–12+ years of hands-on experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in team management and leadership.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing Ads.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts, preferably international or Australian accounts.
- Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
- Excellent analytical, communication and client management skills.
- Ability to take independent decisions and manage business responsibilities.
