- Building and scaling operational infrastructure from the ground up, including processes, systems, performance metrics, and organisational design

- Working with clients to drive requirement changes and adapt to newer expectations

- Leading large, distributed field operations across multiple geographies and business units.

- Hiring, developing, and managing high-performing operational teams

- Designing scalable operating models capable of supporting significant future growth

- Managing ambiguity and making rapid, informed decisions in a high-growth environment.

- Maintaining a hands-on leadership style, balancing strategic planning with on-the-ground execution

The Successful Applicant An Ideal Candidate Will Have





- 12-18 years of experience in operations leadership within high-growth, operationally intensive environments.

- Proven track record of building and scaling large distributed operations from inception through rapid expansion.

- Experience within logistics, e-commerce, marketplace businesses, field operations, supply chain, manufacturing, technology-enabled operations, or fast-growing startups.

- Strong operational judgement with a bias for action and ownership.

- Experience managing multi-site or multi-city operations at scale.

- Exposure to robotics, AI-driven operations, hardware operations, or technology-enabled services environments would be advantageous.
