Role Description The Head of Operations will oversee day-to-day agency operations, ensuring projects, campaigns, and internal workflows run efficiently and align with strategic business goals. This full time, on-site role in Abroad includes designing and optimizing processes, managing resource allocation, and coordinating cross-functional teams across performance marketing, SEO, content, and design. The role involves setting operational KPIs, monitoring performance, and using data to improve delivery timelines, quality, and client satisfaction. The Head of Operations will manage budgeting and cost controls, support hiring and onboarding, and help build a scalable operational framework that supports growth targets.

This position also partners closely with leadership on planning, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in digital marketing or agency operations, familiarity with project management tools, and a proven record of scaling operations in a high-growth environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
