Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete day-to-day amusement park operations.
- Oversee rides, attractions, F&B;, housekeeping, security, and guest services.
- Ensure ride safety, maintenance coordination, and SOP compliance.
- Lead department heads, supervisors, and large operational teams.
- Manage manpower planning, duty rosters, and operational performance.
- Monitor revenue, budgets, expenses, and cost control.
- Handle vendor management and guest complaints.
- Improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Requirements:

- 8–15 years of relevant experience in amusement parks, theme parks,



water parks, or large entertainment facilities.
- Proven experience managing multiple departments and large teams.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and operational management skills.
- Knowledge of ride safety, F&B; operations, budgeting, and revenue management.
- Ability to independently manage complete park operations.
