What We’re Looking For:

? 12+ years of manufacturing operations leadership, preferably in electronics or related industries.

? Strong expertise in plant operations, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.

? Cross-functional experience across production, planning, supply chain, procurement, maintenance, tooling, and manufacturing engineering.

? Proven track record in improving productivity, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and equipment reliability.

? Experience in NPI, capacity planning, and manufacturing scale-up.

? Exposure to global organisations, ERP systems, budgeting, and cost optimisation.

? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration,



or a related field; master’s preferred.

? Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

? Fluency in Tamil is mandatory, along with robust English communication skills.

What You’ll Do:

? Lead day-to-day plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.

? Drive Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational KPI performance.

? Optimise production, costs, inventory, and equipment reliability.

? Oversee NPI readiness, capacity planning, tooling, and manufacturing scale-up.

? Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, and global teams to achieve business goals.

? Manage operational budgets and ensure EHS, quality, and regulatory compliance.

? Develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
