We’re Hiring: Head of Finance

Krishna Global Bharat Pvt. Ltd. (KGB) is seeking an experienced finance leader to strengthen financial governance and support our next phase of growth across the Railways, Defence, Mining and Precision Engineering sectors.

Location: IMT Faridabad

Employment: Full-time | Senior Leadership Role

Key responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships and fund requirements
- Strengthen costing, profitability analysis and commercial controls
- Ensure statutory, taxation, audit and regulatory compliance
- Establish robust internal controls, SOPs and risk-management systems
- Deliver timely MIS and actionable financial insights to the management
- Lead and develop the finance and accounts team





Ideal candidate

- Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
- 10–15 years of relevant experience, including leadership responsibility
- Strong exposure to manufacturing, engineering or automotive businesses
- Sound understanding of product costing, inventory, capex and project finance
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, audits, taxation and banking
- Commercially sharp, detail-oriented and capable of partnering with business leadership
- We are looking for a hands-on finance skilled who can combine strong governance with commercial thinking and contribute directly to KGB’s long-term growth.
