At Finessse Interactive, we’re looking for someone who can build digital strategies that deliver real impact, lead a high-performing team and help brands grow across digital channels.

**What you’ll be responsible for:

- Client performance: Achievement of agreed marketing and business KPIs.
- Account growth: Client retention, satisfaction, renewals, and revenue expansion.
- Campaign effectiveness: Improvements in lead quality, conversions, acquisition efficiency, and organic performance.
- Team performance: Productivity, quality of delivery, collaboration, and capability development.
- Business development: Contribution to pitches, new client acquisition, and agency growth.
- Operational excellence: Budget management, account profitability, resource utilisation, and timely delivery.
- Strategic leadership: Quality of planning, reporting, innovation, and data-driven decision-making**

Who should apply?





- 7-10+ years of experience in digital marketing, including leadership experience
- Strong strategic, analytical and client management skills
- Hands-on understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics
- A track record of building teams, scaling campaigns and delivering measurable results
