Head of Content & Production – Chamber of Gods (Full-time, In office, Sahibabad, Delhi NCR)

Chamber of Gods is a sports-nutrition brand with its own factory in Sahibabad. We make creatine, liquid chalk and smelling salts for people who actually train, and our Instagram has 157k followers. We're building a strong in-house content team, and this is the first and most important hire: the person who owns all of COG's video and makes our founders the face of the brand.

What you'll own

- All COG video, end to end: content calendar, planning, shoots, editing and posting
- Founder-led content: our co-founder is on camera; you direct, shoot and shape it
- The quality standard for everything we publish, including ad creatives with our ads team
- Leading our in-house creator and project freelancers (cinematographers, editors)
- Tracking what works (reach, growth,



ad performance) and doubling down

You're a fit if

- 3 years making video for brands or as part of a content agency (fitness, sports or D2C is a big plus)
- You shoot and edit to a high standard yourself, and can show results, not just a reel
- You've owned a brand's content or calendar before, not only executed briefs
- You get gym culture. If you train, even better.
- You can work full-time on-site in Sahibabad, 6 days a week

Pay: competitive, based on experience, plus a performance bonus.
