CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Cost Accountant (ICWA)

Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience — open to both robust Manager-level and Head-of-Function-level candidates, provided manufacturing, costing, and finance-ownership experience is a strong match to this role

Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory

Strong working knowledge of BOM/costing, inventory management, and e-commerce finance

Preferred: strong e-commerce/D2C accounting experience

Hands-on experience with statutory audits, internal audits, and MIS reporting

Working knowledge of standard costing and budget-vs-actual analysis

Preferred: prior experience with a Big 4 accounting/audit firm (KPMG, Deloitte, EY, PwC)

Preferred: experience working in a digital-first / digital business environment

- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel; Desirable: exposure to Zoho Books or similar platforms
