Head of Human Resources (HR)

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the founders and leadership team as a trusted HR advisor, translating the company's vision, mission and growth plans into effective people strategies.
- Lead and manage the overall HR & Administration function, ensuring smooth and consistent implementation of HR processes and policies across all locations.
- Partner with business heads across Sales, Technical Delivery and Operations to address manpower planning, performance management and employee-related matters.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition to support business growth while strengthening the company's employer brand.
- Manage annual performance appraisals, salary increments, promotions and employee recognition programmes.
- Develop employee retention strategies through engagement initiatives, learning and development, career progression and succession planning.
- Drive organisational culture and values, encourage open communication and manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.




- Oversee payroll management and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage the HR budget and present key HR metrics, including headcount, attrition and recruitment performance, to the management team.

Candidate Profile Must-Have Requirements
- 15+ years of overall HR experience, including at least 5 years leading the HR function in an organisation with 1501,000 employees.
- Experience working closely with founders, promoters or Managing Directors in a growing mid-sized organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management, business partnering and people leadership capabilities.
- Sound knowledge of labour laws, Labour Codes, payroll management and statutory compliance.

Valuable-to-Have Requirements
- Experience in IT Services, System Integration or Technology industries.
- Experience managing HR operations across multiple locations.
- Familiarity with HRMS platforms, HR data management and analytics.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English; knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
