We are seeking a agile and experienced Head Dealer Sales / Dealer Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealer and channel sales, with a proven track record of developing and expanding dealer networks. This role is crucial for driving market development and achieving sales targets across various product lines, including paints, electricals, engineering, industrial products, MRO, and building materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand dealer/distributor networks to enhance market presence.
- Manage channel sales and foster strong relationships with dealers to ensure mutual growth.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Handle sales planning, forecasting, and MIS reporting to track performance and market trends.
- Analyze dealer-wise sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.




- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance and meet sales objectives.
- Drive market development initiatives to enhance business growth and profitability.

Required Skills

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Dealer Sales or Channel Sales.
- Strong experience in dealer network development and management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with the paints, electricals, engineering, industrial products, MRO, or building materials sectors is preferred. This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a fixed monthly salary and performance-based monthly incentives.
