- Lead the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate processing of medical billing, denial management, and escalations.

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to medical billing, claims adjudication, and revenue cycle management.

- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction.

Job Requirements :

- 8-15 years of experience in healthcare BPO or a related field with expertise in medical billing.

- Solid understanding of HIPAA regulations and PCI-DSS compliance requirements.

- Proven track record in delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
