Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Head – Engineering / Design to lead the engineering and design function for heat and mass transfer equipment and related solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end engineering and design activities, ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards, leading engineering teams, reviewing technical drawings and calculations, and coordinating with production, quality, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead engineering and design teams handling static and rotating equipment.
- Oversee end-to-end design activities from concept to project completion.
- Ensure compliance with ASME, ISO, and other relevant industry standards.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documents.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution.
- Coordinate with production, quality, sales, and other departments.




- Drive innovation and optimize existing product designs, including fin tube and heat exchanger solutions.
- Support technical proposals and customer-specific engineering requirements.
- Mentor engineering team members and improve engineering processes.
- Contribute to technology development and capacity expansion initiatives.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Robust experience in Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, or Process Equipment Design.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and design teams.
- Strong knowledge of ASME, ISO, and relevant engineering codes and standards.
- Familiarity with nuclear application standards is preferred.
- Experience working with ASME-certified organizations is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAE, design, and simulation software.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
